New Coach, New GM, New Owner: New Era with a Passion for Excellence
Damali Binta – Sep 8, 2012
How can you not recognize that the Oakland Raiders are entering a new era when there is a new coach, new general manager, new owner and many new players. Looking back over the past few years indicates that there is a need for a passion for excellence which enhances our former commitment to excellence.
To commit to excellence is to proclaim that you aspire to become excellent. When you have a passion for something it is loaded with emotions and determination and with those intangibles that cause good things to happen, even miracles during those fourth quarter adventures on the playing field.
We need a passion, strong like the rhythm and sounds of Sonata Pathetique! Actually, we need forceful and aggressive plays on the playing field somewhat like those movements and sounds in the Revolutionary Etude by Chopin, Op. 10, No. 12.
Play football Oakland Raiders and move beyond a commitment to excellence and forge forward to a powerful and forceful passion to win in 2012!
