Oakland Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey Released from Hospital

CSN Bay Area is reporting that Darrius Heyward-Bey has been released from Eden Medical center follow a helmet to helmet hit from Steelers' safety, Ryan Mundy in the Raiders' 34-31 win at O.co Coliseum on Sunday afternoon.
The hit sustained by the Raiders' star receiver was suffered in the endzone when Muday left his feet, led with his helmet and targeted Heyward-Bey's head. No flag was thrown, much to the ire of Raider Nation in the stands.
Heyward-Bey was released this morning with a concussion and undisclosed neck injuries. Reports are suggesting that he will make a complete recover; Raider Nation is breathing a sigh of relief.
The Raiders' official statement:
Darrius Heyward-Bey was released this morning from Eden Medical Center after spending the night under observation. He is resting at home with a concussion and neck strain, and expected to make a full recovery.
