Oakland Raiders Coaches to Run Drills at 2013 NFL Combine

John Doublin – Feb 14, 2013

The Oakland Raiders announced via their Twitter page that the Raiders' coaching staff will be on the field, administering the drills and timing at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine.

Although it's extra work, it's great news for the Raiders. After having the opportunity to coach up some of the top college prospects at the 2013 Senior Bowl, now the Raiders' coaches will get to see ALL the new talent up close and personal at the 2013 NFL Combine.

This will give the Raiders even more first-hand knowledge of the incoming class of NFL rookies. This should provide invaluable information and help with the decision making process at the 2013 NFL Draft.

Any little advantage helps, and the Raiders will gladly seize this opportunity.
