The Oakland Raiders finished their 2012 campaign with a 24-21 loss to the rival San Diego Chargers on Sunday. In a lot of ways, that game was a microcosm of the Raiders' season. Look great one minute, then fall apart the next. The running game was virtually non-existent and the offensive play-calling left a lot to be desired—as usual.
