When Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis introduced newly hired General Manager Reggie McKenzie, the news was already out-Hue Jackson was out as head coach. It wasn't made entirely clear whose decision it was, but McKenzie alluded to the fact that the decision had already been made before he signed his contract with Oakland.
